– Per diem: $75/day for meals and incidental expenses (if meals not provided by conference organizer)
– Airfare (for distances exceeding 300 miles one way): Economy class, non-refundable, must be pre-approved in writing
– For premium workshops, shipping costs for participant practice kits (if applicable) must be covered by hosting organization
– All travel, lodging, mileage, airfare, shipping, and per diem expenses must be preapproved in writing and are not included in professional service fees unless explicitly stated in the contract
