Who We Are

Mosaic Minds Center for Autism & Neurodivergent Learning, LLC is a mission-driven hybrid organization, operating through both nonprofit and for-profit arms, with a shared purpose: to unlock the full potential of neurodivergent learners across Eastern North Carolina. We serve individuals with autism, ADHD, sensory processing differences, learning disabilities, and cognitive memory challenges by providing a continuum of care that is inclusive, affirming, and grounded in evidence-based practice.

Our organization was founded in direct response to the persistent and often invisible service gaps that continue to impact rural, low-income, linguistically diverse, and historically marginalized communities throughout the region. While urban centers such as Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill, and Charlotte have seen rapid growth in autism-related services, the Eastern North Carolina corridor has been largely overlooked. As a result, families in counties like Beaufort, Hyde, Washington, Tyrrell, Martin, Pitt, Craven, and surrounding areas frequently face months-long waitlists, limited provider options, and extensive travel

requirements—or in some cases, no access to specialized care at all.

These communities often lack access to essential services, including sensory-friendly environments, interdisciplinary therapy centers, youth transition programs, parent support networks, and neurodiversity-affirming educational consulting. Mosaic Minds exists to confront and close these gaps by building a community-centered, equity-focused ecosystem of support that brings comprehensive care directly to those who need it most.

Mosaic Minds Center for Autism and Neurodivergent Learning is a hybrid organization that provides coordinated clinical, educational, and community-based services across Eastern North Carolina through two distinct service arms..

Our Vision

Our Vision We envision a world where neurodivergent learners are not merely included, but deeply understood, fully supported, and empowered to thrive. Like vibrant pieces of a mosaic, each learner contributes their unique brilliance to the tapestry of an inclusive world. It’s our role to develop the capacity in educators, parents, and service providers to unlock each learner’s full potential.

"Every child is gifted, they simply unwrap their packages at different times".

Our Community

At Mosaic Minds Center For Autism & Neurodivergent Learning

Mosaic Minds Center For Autism and Neurodivergent Learning is more than support.  It’s a place where neurodivergent learners are seen, heard, and empowered to thrive. You’ve tried to make your child fit into systems that weren’t built for them. We know the struggle: IEP meetings that feel like battles, therapies that miss the mark, and systems that ask your child to adapt instead of adapting to them. That’s why we do things differently. We don’t see Neurodivergent learners as broken. They’re brilliant. We help unlock that brilliance through research based interventions, inclusive events, and spaces that meet every learner where they are. At Mosaic Minds, we build something better with them in mind. You don’t need to choose the status quo. Choose understanding. Choose what works. Choose Mosaic Minds Center For Autism & Neurodivergent Learning.
